    Position: Operations Specialist III (212949)

    Location: Jacksonville, FL 32246

    Assignment: ASAP Start (Once Onboarding Clears) – 10/7/2025

    Pay Range: $21.03 hourly, paid weekly.

    Shift Availability: This role will be a hybrid schedule, onsite for training then transition to hybrid. The specific days will be discussed with the manager once hired. The working hours are Monday – Friday; 8 AM – 5 PM.


    Potential temp to direct hire depending on candidate’s performance and business needs.

     

    Position Summary:

    • The Institutional Retirement Onboarding and Maintenance group within Wealth Management Operations is responsible for onboarding and off-boarding retirement 401(k), Equity, Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation, and Employee Stock Purchase plans.
    • The Deconversion Specialist is responsible for supporting all aspects of the deconversion process.
    • Those tasks can include preparing data files for deliver, preparing asset transfer requests, reconciling plan assets, and generating custom plan reporting.
    • The successful Deconversion Specialist will be able to manage multiple projects and appropriately prioritize tasks all while managing risk.
    • The role requires individuals who are analytical in nature and have medium to advance Microsoft Excel skills.

     

    Required Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Manages risk effectively.
    • Passion for analytics and a strong attention to detail.
    • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (this is critical to success in the role).
    • Self-motivated
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
    • Previous Institutional Retirement Plan experience within 401(k), Non-Qualified, Equity, and ESPP products.
