    We are currently seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the site, including hiring, training, and supervising staff, while ensuring all safety protocols are followed. You’ll be mentored in the waste management industry, preparing you for future management roles as our company continues to expand.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee daily operations, reassign staff, and make necessary staffing changes.
    • Develop and execute safety goals and initiatives.
    • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with work procedures.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints related to collection services.
    • Perform employee reviews and conduct performance management discussions.
    • Set short-term and long-term goals for the transfer stations.
    • Participate in budgeting and P&L management for multiple sites.
    • Manage complex compliance programs, including environmental, OSHA, and local permitting regulations.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Relocation Flexibility: Willingness to relocate for future promotional opportunities based on performance.
    • Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
    • Experience: 3+ years of management experience in a dynamic, people-driven environment.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Multi-tasking: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and business systems.
