This pivotal position is tailored for a proficient title expert who excels in a dynamic setting, ensuring seamless and effective closings. As the incumbent, you will oversee file organization, processing, preliminary balancing, post-closure activities, and facilitating internal closings. Responsibilities: • Manage and update files to ensure transactions stay on schedule with accurate and complete documentation. • Collaborate with the escrow officer to review and finalize closing figures for smooth settlements. • Oversee post-closing tasks, including document tracking and compliance checks. • Conduct in-house closings, handling signings to ensure a seamless client experience. • Provide cross-functional support to ensure efficient file movement and operational success. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in title, escrow, or mortgage operations. • Extensive knowledge of real estate transactions, title processes, and compliance is required. • Previous experience in file processing, pre-balancing, and post-closing is essential. • Proficiency in conducting loan signings and closings in a professional manner is a must. • Must possess strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. • Excellent communication skills and a dedication to providing exceptional service are necessary qualities for this position. Compensation: $20 - $24 hourly
