    Job Summary:

    The Operations Team Leader will lead the daily activities and operations of our family-owned window cleaning, gutter cleaning, holiday lighting, pressure washing, and window film business. The main responsibilities will be working alongside, leading, and training the operations team. This role makes sure quality work is completed on time and provides exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be a team leader with a customer-first mentality, who has a strong mechanical mindset, and who is committed to leading smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Work alongside and lead the day-to-day operations of the field team (3-5 team members), making sure all tasks are completed correctly and on time.

    Lead daily logistics and workflows to optimize team performance and reduce delays and/or inefficiencies.

    Ensure all vehicles, tools, and equipment are in good working condition, conduct regular checks and address maintenance needs onsite.

    Work with Office Manager to coordinate jobs, making sure team members are deployed effectively.

    Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally and encourage repeat business.

    Onboard new team members (technicians and installers) and conduct ongoing training.

    Ability to conduct site visits, inspect job sites, and provide customer estimates, as needed.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    Team leader with a hands-on, work alongside approach to training and guiding field staff.

    Commitment to quality service, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.

    Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and solve both mechanical and customer service issues.

    Clear communicator with strong time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

    Adaptable to high-demand seasonal work.

    Preferred Education & Experience:

    2+ years of experience in the window cleaning and/or home services industry (e.g., window film, pressure washing, holiday lighting, etc.).

    Experience in leading field operation teams in a hands-on environment.

    Mechanical mindset and can resolve minor small engine, minor electrical and other equipment repairs.

    Physical Requirements:

    Ability to perform all physical aspects of the job including climbing ladders, using scaffolding, and can lift, carry, and handle equipment up to 80 lbs.

    Ability to work in varied weather conditions.

    This position is Monday - Friday and typical schedule will be 8am - 5pm.
