    ZKTeco WFM, a leader in employee time clocks and SaaS-based data collection solutions for workforce management software developers like Workday, seeks a dynamic Operations and HR Manager. This hybrid role focuses on ensuring efficient business operations, fostering a positive work culture, and overseeing HR processes for a team of 30 to 40 employees, including overseas team members. The selected candidate will also have the support of at least one or two administrative resource to assist with day-to-day responsibilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to align business strategies with organizational goals.

    Key Responsibilities: Operational Management:

    Oversee and streamline workflows across departments to enhance efficiency and productivity.

    Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality.

    Coordinate daily business activities and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands.

    Ensure adherence to internal and external SLAs and standard processes while resolving inter-departmental issues.

    Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue streams by analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities.

    Maintain vendor relationships, including those for facilities, IT infrastructure, and business insurance (liability, property, and professional).

    Monitor and manage compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, implementing risk mitigation strategies to safeguard assets.

    Customer and Team Satisfaction:

    Establish and uphold customer service standards to ensure high client satisfaction.

    Collaborate with customer support teams to address and resolve client issues promptly.

    Monitor employee productivity, set performance goals, and conduct regular evaluations.

    Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance staff performance.

    Human Resources Management:

    Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Oversee employee lifecycle activities, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and offboarding.

    Track and manage PTO, attendance records, and other employee benefits.

    Serve as a resource for employees on workplace concerns, benefits, and HR issues.

    Manage vendor relationships for employee benefits such as health, dental, vision, and life insurance.

    Team and Culture Development:

    Foster a positive work environment by organizing team engagement activities and promoting company values.

    Act as a bridge between employees and management to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing.

    Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

    Identify areas for operational enhancements and implement strategies for improvement.

    Stay informed about industry trends to integrate best practices into business operations.

    Compliance and Reporting:

    Maintain and update employee and operational records in compliance with regulatory standards.

    Support audits, reporting requirements, and risk management initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (preferred).

    3+ years of experience in operations and HR management, preferably in a small business environment.

    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM systems, and other business tools.

    Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

    Knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
