Scream Truck's ideal 'Co-Operator' is an upbeat leader who is tech-savvy, hard-working, and hospitality-minded. The Co-Op's primary responsibility is SERVICE WITH A SMILE - preparing fresh soft-serve Scream treats in our mobile kitchen and delivering happiness!

In our big pink trucks, Co-Op's are the passenger (Operator drives the truck), but both roles are monitoring safe navigation. Upon arriving at each reserved stop, the team steps into the mobile kitchen to efficiently prepare FRESH, INSTAGRAM-WORTHY soft-serve treats. With a lively personality and POSITIVE attitude, the team handles pre-paid mobile orders, while managing time to ensure efficient arrival to the next destination (generally homes within and around the block).

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and FUN! Get in on the ground floor of a cool company with other awesome people where your role can grow over time. Required Qualifications:

Exceptional people and communication skills

Upbeat, friendly, and outgoing personality, eager to serve customers happily

Ability to efficiently navigate local neighborhoods using a map and GPS

Strong work ethic with a “CAN-DO” attitude

Preferred Qualifications

Background in the food service industry

Background in driving a truck or large vehicles

Skilled in public speaking

Strong Customer service skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to alternate between sitting and standing frequently during shift

Ability to travel through a cabin of approximately 2.5 feet wide efficiently

Controlled fine motor skills to prepare fresh, made to order treats

Ability to reach above head for items on shelves

Ability to occasionally lift up to 25lbs

Pay: $18.00 per hour + tips

Work AFTERNOONS, EVENINGS, & NIGHTS (average shift is 1:00-10:30PM)
