A well-established Ophthalmology practice, specializing in pediatric care, exams for those with special needs, and adult strabismus care, is seeking Ophthalmic Assistants to support our busy clinic. The best fit is a person who loves being around children, and can make an exam both fun and professional.
An ideal candidate is also detail-oriented, has strong multi-tasking capabilities, and can work in a fast-paced environment. An experienced candidate is preferred, however we may consider a strong candidate without Ophthalmology experience. Training is provided hands-on during the first two weeks of employment.
Working hours are primarily Monday through Friday, daylight; with evening hours once per week. One can expect to work an estimated three Saturdays per year. Occasional travel to our other local offices can be expected.
This position is Part-Time, with an estimated 16 - 24 hours per week.
