Well established Optometry practice near North West Tucson (Oracle and Ina) seeking new full-time optometric technician. This individual will perform both technician and some administrative duties. Our ideal candidate is friendly, patient, detailed-oriented, and able to accomplish given responsibilities in a timely manner.

Job responsibilities include: preliminary testing for doctors, performing adjunctive testing for patients, creating and utilizing patient records, faxing and organizing reports/ records releases, contact lens verification, answering phones, and assisting in other areas of the office when needed. Our office is open Monday & Wednesday 8:30-6:00, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30-5:30 and Saturday 8:00-4:00. Saturdays are mandatory.

Qualifications include: High school diploma or equivalent, driver’s license, English fluency. No optometric technician experience is required as job training will be provided.
