What You’ll Do:
👓 Assist patients in selecting the perfect frames and lenses to match their style, prescription, and lifestyle 🛠️ Take precise measurements with our technology and ensure a comfortable, accurate fit 💡 Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and eyewear care 📋 Process orders, handle insurance claims, and maintain accurate patient records 🤝 Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with patients ✨ Help keep our optical area looking fantastic and well-stocked
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous eyecare experience desired – especially optical ✅ Strong customer service skills with a patient-first mindset ✅ Excellent time management and organizational skills ✅ Sharp attention to detail to ensure precision and accuracy ✅ Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite ✅ A friendly, enthusiastic personality with great communication skills ✅ A team player who enjoys a supportive and fun work environment
