Regional Civil firm with a solid team of Bridge Engineers, PM’s, and Designers, but mostly based in a different Indiana office. Chance to help lead a bridge team in Indy – unique opportunity to put your stamp on building out the Bridge practice & team. Great group of engineering pros to collaborate with, and firm is the perfect size. Big enough to provide all the support needed and take on varied projects, but still focused regionally and far from the kind of role where you’d be a forgotten number. Salary target of $100-145K (flexible) +Bonus +profit sharing, and great benefits. Work from home 2 days per week if desired.
