    We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Reporting Developer to join our client, a large academic health system in Indianapolis. 

    The Oracle Cloud Financials Reporting Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting solutions that support business needs across the organization. The analyst will ensure high-quality data and optimize report performance using Oracle Cloud Financial reporting tools.

    In this role, you will manage reporting processes, data integrations, and report scheduling while collaborating with business stakeholders to develop scalable reporting solutions. You will also monitor and enhance existing reports, drive process improvements, and serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Financials reporting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Define project scope and efforts for new reporting initiatives.
    • Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and design scalable solutions.
    • Evaluate existing reports and identify opportunities to improve performance, security, and scalability.
    • Develop and maintain design documentation, including data mapping and transformation rules.
    • Design, develop, and support reports using Oracle-provided tools, ensuring high performance and data accuracy.
    • Create dynamic, standardized reports to minimize ad-hoc reporting requests.
    • Share expertise on reporting and outbound integrations with internal teams and IT support.
    • Drive automation strategies to streamline report generation and delivery.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues related to Oracle Financials.
    • Monitor and support ongoing report processes to ensure reliability.
    • Leverage technical expertise across Oracle Financials modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Employee Expense, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Cost Management, and Project Accounting.
    • Work with Fusion Data Intelligence and Fusion Analytics Warehouse.
    • Utilize Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, SmartView, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) for report development.
    • Maintain expert-level SQL skills to support reporting needs.
    • Apply knowledge of Oracle Financials table structures, security configurations, and ESS job scheduling.
    • Utilize Oracle Workflow and Personalization for enhanced reporting solutions.

    Experience:

    • Proven experience in Oracle Cloud Financials reporting and data integration.
    • Strong expertise in Oracle EPM, Oracle FDI, Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, SmartView, and FRS.
    • Advanced SQL skills with a deep understanding of Oracle Financials data structures.
    • Ability to design scalable and efficient reporting solutions.
    • Knowledge of Oracle Workflow and Personalization.
    • Experience managing report development lifecycles, from requirement gathering to deployment.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
