    Role: Oracle Cloud HCM (Redwood)

    Location – USA Phoenix, Arizona

    Work Mode – Hybrid (3 days Onsite)

    Duration – 6+ months

    OR-COE - HCM Cloud, Redwood- Mandatory

    Job Description:

    • Prior Experience of Implementing Cloud HCM Core Module
    • Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
    • Prior Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration
    • Prior experience of developing Oracle Journey, email notification using Composer / BIP, approval workflow, auto complete rules.
    • Prior experience of developing solution using Document of Record.
    • Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.
    • Prior experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
    • Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
    • Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
    • Prior experience of migrating to Redwood pages

    Nice to Have

    • Prior knowledge of ORC, Talent, Learn, Compensation will advantage.
    • Prior experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages.
