Summary: Be an Oracle Database Administrator for IRS tax platforms, optimizing high-availability systems for tax season. You’ll manage Oracle RAC, automate queries, and work hybrid to ensure reliable data services.

Responsibilities:

Configure Oracle RAC, GoldenGate, and DataGuard on RedHat Linux.

Develop ETL scripts and complex database queries.

Manage backups with RMAN and NetBackup.

Support Linux for database servers.

Document SOPs for team use.

Qualifications: Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

5+ years managing Oracle RAC.

Proficiency in Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL, MongoDB, RedHat Linux 7+, and agile methodologies.

Oracle Certified Professional certification.

Preferred:

IRS database experience.

Knowledge of RMAN, NetBackup, GoldenGate, or DataGuard.

AWS Database Specialty certification.
