Aderas is looking for a Solution Analyst to join the team!

The Solution Analyst will support the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of systems related to the project. This role involves providing Tier III support, performing data analysis, and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in ETL processes and DoD Personnel and Manpower Systems workflows. While experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) is beneficial, it is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Tier III Support:

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Serve as SME for ETL processes, offering expertise in data extraction, transformation, and loading workflows.
• Understand and optimize DoD Personnel and Manpower Systems workflows to ensure efficient operation.

Requirement Analysis:

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements.
• Ensure technical requirements align with project objectives and business needs.

System Troubleshooting:

• Analyze and debug technical issues using relevant tools and methodologies.
• Address performance bottlenecks and improve system workflows.

Performance Management:

• Analyze system metrics to identify and recommend optimization opportunities for ETL processes and workflows.
• Present solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency.

Business Rule Coding Quality Control:

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to create business rule quality controls.
• Implement solutions to prevent data entry errors or alert users when issues arise.

System Configuration and Customization:

• Configure system modules to meet business requirements, following best practices and standards.
• Assist in developing custom solutions and enhancements to meet specific business needs.

Documentation and Process Improvement:

• Review existing process documentation and recommend updates.
• Develop new documentation, including SOPs, process guides, and user manuals, to improve process understanding and reduce errors.

Application Testing:

• Develop and execute test plans for new and existing system functionality.
• Produce test results, issue lists, and test reports to communicate findings.

Technical Development and Integration:

• Work with the design and development team to create user stories and technical requirements.
• Implement integration solutions to connect the application with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Execute data migration activities, including ETL processes, to support system transitions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience
• Expertise in troubleshooting, data analysis, and ETL processes.
• Security+ Certification (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570-compliant certification).
• Active Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12, including Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and SQL Developer.
• Experience with DMHRSi or similar DoD personnel and manpower systems.
• Familiarity with DoD workflows and standards, including STIG compliance.
• Knowledge of Oracle Workflow and integration solutions.
