Job Description
Lead SME in reconfiguring the existing line of accounting (LOA) to allow the full capability of the inter/intra accounting segments.
Review and analyze the current legal entity set-up and determine the best legal entity mapping following R12 recommended functionality.
Requirements gathering and analysis and developing an RTM.
Document functional specifications.
Determine Fit-Gap and design solutions.
Conduct/support System Integration Testing (SIT)/ User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Effort will require a crosswalk of existing account balances (of previously recorded transactions) to new lines of accounting. Historical data will only be captured as aggregate amounts from each general ledger account code per cost center. All historical data and crosswalks should be maintained for future reference.
Qualifications
Experience with implementing Oracle GL and configuring the optimal ledgers and lines of accounting.
Knowledge of the OSD NAFSGL chart of accounts.
Experience with Oracle EBS.
Knowledge of GL configurations and best practices.
