Position Highlights: • Full-time role providing care in a supportive and cooperative setting. Competitive Compensation: • Year 1: $350,000 base salary plus 33% of net collections over $1 million. Year 2 and onwards: 33% of net collections. • Sign-on bonus • Assistance with Relocation to ensure a smooth transition. • Ownership/Equity Opportunity available after one year of service. Qualifications: • Candidates applying for the position in Charlotte, NC, US must possess a DDS or DMD degree to be considered eligible. • Successful completion of an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery certification from ADA-accredited programs is a mandatory requirement for this role. • Holding a valid dentistry license in the state of North Carolina is essential for applicants seeking this position. Compensation: $350,000+
