    Enhance Oral Surgery is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Oral Surgery Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences by coordinating all aspects of oral surgery treatment plans. This positions requires excellent organizational skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities and a strong understanding of the dental and oral surgery environment.

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental or oral surgery setting.
    • Familiarity with dental terminology, treatment planning, and insurance processes.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Strong organization and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to explain complex treatment plans and financial options clearly and competently.
    • Proven experience in accounts receivable, with strong understanding of billing processes and payment tracking.
    • Familiarity with third-party financing options is preferred.
    • Proficiency in dental practice management software
    • A team player who can work independently, is proactive, reliable, punctual, and able to prioritize tasks and manage time.
    • Learns quickly and has a strong desire to grow professionally.
    • Upbeat personality is a MUST.
    • Strong attention to detail.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Educate patients on oral surgery treatment options, financial plans, and payment processes to ensure transparency and understanding.
    • Coordinate patient schedules efficiently, balancing clinical workflow and timely follow-up care.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, facilitating clear communication between them, the surgical team, and administrative staff.
    • Oversee treatment plans, manage billing processes, and handle insurance verifications and inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
    • Provide a compassionate and empathetic experience, fostering trust and confidence throughout the patient care process.
