    The purpose of this role within our boutique fitness studio is for an individual to be a self-driven Sales Lead and Member Experience Expert that showcases excellent hospitality and customer service while also being money motivated through strong Sales experience. You must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time while maintaining a positive customer facing attitude.

    Sales Lead Responsibilities

    Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly positive community in the OTF studio.

    Showcase performance based on our Daily Production Model (DPM).

    Achieve monthly membership sales goals.

    Work with businesses in the surrounding area to plan 1-2 Private Classes for their employees every quarter.

    Establishes and maintains an effective referral program.

    Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs.

    Leads OTF studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders.

    Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled.

    Must be able to participate in 2 OTF scheduled workouts per week.

    Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area.

    Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities

    Participate in marketing and outreach events.

    Member Experience Coordinator Responsibilities

    Help support Studio Manager in creating and planning lead generating events in studio and out of studio that promote brand recognition that will also lead to gaining and retaining members.

    Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.

    Conducts telephone inquiries follow-up calls/customer care calls.

    Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.

    Maintains accurate records using established OTF sales systems.

    Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions.

    Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution.

    Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”.

    Proper onboarding all OTF clients through the use of Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements.

    Required Qualifications:

    1-2 years of previous sales experience, with proven track record (experience working in a sales quota-bearing structure highly preferred)

    Business-to-Business account support experience preferred

    Excellent customer service skills

    Solid verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.

    Functional computer skills– MS Office basic programs (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use

    High school diploma

    Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange is more than just a color, it’s an attitude).
