Orangetheory Fitness is a trendsetting franchise fitness organization with 1,500+ locations open in the US, Canada and internationally. We are currently seeking a qualified Studio Manager that is keen on driving service excellence and sales for our professional group fitness training facility in East Nashville, TN.

As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to the sales and group personal training teams in the East Nashville studio. This critical position must have a solid understanding of sales, operational excellence and exceeding the expectations of the member base. This leader must pose a high caliber approach to leadership, staff development and attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead, train and manage the OTF East Nashville team and studio operation

· Develop and encourage a high energy culture with high-touch, high-quality customer service

· Engage with the every member and know their “why” – be visible

· Maximize staffing numbers and staff schedules to ensure proper coverage at all times

· Ensure full compliance and adherence to OTF Business Policies for daily studio operations

· Lead and coordinate ongoing sales and member retention initiatives

· Promote brand awareness and community involvement

· Prospect business partners & corporate accounts

· Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)

· Train and mentor subordinates for ongoing success and future growth

· Ensure OTF branding through consistency and continuity in all actions

· Properly empower, monitor and evaluate specifically assigned responsibilities of sales team and fitness team

· Approach work with a promotions and community outreach mindset

OPERATIONAL DUTIES:

· Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service

· Responsible for 30-60-90 and annual OTF staff performance reviews.

· Enforce OTF corporate policies, business practices, systems and processes.

· Provide effective decision-making regarding customer service issues

· Plan and promote special events for the studio on a monthly basis, using OTF tools for effective outreach and community involvement.

· Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients

· Must possess the natural instinct to overachieve and sweat the small stuff.

· Min 2-3 years of previous sales experience required

· Min 2-3 years of management experience required, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, discipline, and termination

· Previous management experience in health & fitness industry strongly recommended

· Previous experience with MindBody software strongly recommended

· Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor

· Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients

· Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns

· Strong computer skills required with advanced knowledge of Excel

· MUST be flexible to work days, evenings and/or weekend hours required

· Health & Fitness minded people with a passion for fitness strongly preferred

COMPENSATION
