    We are searching for a dynamic individual to oversee 2 locations in the Toledo Area initiating all things Sales & Operations! This individual needs to know how create a great culture of individuals who are driven to meet goals and the mindset to grow the business.     Responsibilities & Expectations: Area General Manager

    1. Responsible for overseeing the sales process and systems including daily operations, adherence to budget and sales KPIs, and more

    2. Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers and work cross-collaboratively with the corporate marketing team on any long-term efforts

    3. Work collaboratively with your territory’s fitness manager

    4. Manage, monitor and evaluate the performance of all studio employees in tandem with fitness manager

    5. Compliance and adherence to OTF Business Policies for daily studio operations

    6. Monitor the hiring, training, and scheduling for all OTF studio staff with assistance from regional managers

    7. Responsible for recruiting and on-boarding all new OTF employees

    8. Train and mentor subordinates for ongoing success and future growth

    9. Be promotionally- oriented and have the ability to direct sales through company required outreach program

    10. Develop a high energy culture through Sales and utilization contests and incentive-based motivation

    11. Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)

    12. Ensure OTF branding through consistency and continuity in all actions

    13. Properly empower, monitor and evaluate specifically assigned responsibilities of sales team

    14. Co-lead monthly staff meetings with fitness leadership to review upcoming month’s fitbook and report monthly sales objectives, goals, events, and marketing campaigns

    15. Responsible for attending weekly meetings with Regional Managers to report on weekly activities and progress

    16. Manage Disciplinary actions involving all OTF studio employees

    17. Responsible for auditing staff time clocks on a weekly basis and responsible for the submission of studio payroll every other week in a timely manner, with compliance and integrity

    18. Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPI’s), member base growth, revenue, ordering, inventory, cost controls and facility maintenance (all assisted closely by Regional Managers & Owner)

    19. Responsible for 30-60-90 and annual OTF staff performance reviews.

    20. Enforce OTF corporate policies, business practices, systems and processes

    21. Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service

    22. Provide effective decision-making regarding customer service issues
