Who will look staff members in the studio — sales, fitness coaches, and managers — in the eye, call them by name, and make time for them. Who can motivate a team to produce and grow the business. The Regional Sales and Operations Manager will work directly with the Studio Managers to execute company sales and marketing strategies in order to meet sales goals, and increase sales year over year.  Additional primary focuses include lead generation, and promoting the growth of the studio both in the local community and throughout the OTF network. This leader must pose a high caliber approach to team development, as well as display an entrepreneurial mindset for growing the business. QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 3-5 years of previous multi-unit management experience
    • 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry
    • 1 year fitness industry experience 
    • Completed Caliper Assessment provided by EPG Holdings

    • Customer service – responds promptly to studio needs, responds to requests for service and assistance, meets commitments and resolves member and staff issues completely
    • Independent thinker, team player
    • Excellent decision-making ability
    • Project management – coordinates assigned task workflow, communicates changes and progress, completes projects on time
    • High level of attention to detail

     MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL LEVEL/CERTIFICATIONS

    • High School Diploma (required)
    • Bachelors Degree (preferred)

     PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

    • Telephone usage to communicate with internal and external customers
    • Sitting: regular sedentary work
    • Walking: frequent walking inside and outside the studio
    • Duties may include physical effort, including the ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs., bending, squatting, reaching, kneeling, climbing, and/or being on feet for long periods of time
    • Must be available for extended workdays
    • Must maintain suitable transportation
    • Must report to work in an Orangetheory Fitness approved uniform
    • Viewing computer monitor: average, ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare document, enter data into computer system, read reports from computer monitor for up to 8 hours a day
    • Keyboarding: use of fingers to make small movements such as typing
    • Work is performed in a studio environment, office environment, frequent loud noises, music, cheering, clapping and talking

     TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

    • Must have reliable transportation to and from multiple office locations and studios.
    • Travel regionally 90% of regular work week with occasional out of state travel.
