The Regional Sales and Operations Manager will work directly with the Studio Managers to execute company sales and marketing strategies in order to meet sales goals, and increase sales year over year. Additional primary focuses include lead generation, and promoting the growth of the studio both in the local community and throughout the OTF network. This leader must pose a high caliber approach to team development, as well as display an entrepreneurial mindset for growing the business. QUALIFICATIONS:
