Managing our front desk operations, including answering phones and engaging with members.
Conducting engaging studio tours.
Collaborating with trainers to guide new clients through their first exhilarating Orangetheory workout.
Selling memberships to fuel the studio's success.
Following up with prospective clients to build lasting relationships.
Resolving members’ concerns professionally and effectively.
Participating in exciting marketing and outreach events.
Ensuring the studio is spotless and organized, creating a welcoming environment for all.
