    About the Role:

    As an Entry-Level Order Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in processing and managing customer orders from start to finish. You’ll ensure accuracy in data entry, monitor order progress, and communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve any issues. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive mindset to improve processes as we continue to grow and automate.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process and manage customer orders with speed and accuracy.

    • Perform manual data entry when required, ensuring error-free transactions.

    • Track shipments, handle order inquiries, and resolve discrepancies.

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and troubleshooting issues.

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

    • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

    • Maintain accurate records in CRM and order management systems.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

    • Eager to learn and adapt as processes evolve and automation is introduced.

    • Strong communication and customer service skills.

    • Experience with data entry, CRM systems, or order management software is a plus.
