Position Overview:
The Order Operations Administrator is the engine behind our goal of operational excellence, ensuring no order is late, missing, or incomplete. This role takes full ownership of the perfect order process, actively managing audits, resolving errors, and driving the efficiency of order processing from intake to delivery. This person thrives on finding and fixing issues in real-time, proactively identifying opportunities to improve systems, and pushing teams to meet and exceed performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
Route Mark-In: Ensure all items from routes are accurately processed into the system by 5:15 PM daily.
On-Time and Early Delivery: Drive teams to complete 95%–99% of orders ahead of schedule.
Audits: Perform audits on route and store items before and after they enter the cleaning process.
Assisted Assembly Support: Work with assembly teams to ensure items are scanned, matched, and organized accurately. Assist in resolving discrepancies within orders.
Lost and Misplaced Items: Use scan history, camera systems, and manual investigation to locate lost or misplaced items.
Error Correction: Quickly address operational mistakes, such as delivering incorrect items, failing to complete alterations, or missing customer-specific instructions. Ensure proper follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction.
Detailed Investigations: Document root causes for recurring issues (e.g., missing heat seals or mismatched items) and work with leadership to implement improvements.
VIP & Commercial Accounts: Monitor high-value & Commercial customers, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure flawless service. Escalate any concerns to leadership promptly.
Supplies & Inventory Auditing: Audit supplies and inventory to ensure necessary materials are available, organized, and in their designated locations.
Analyze Reports: Track and report key metrics, such as route mark-in completion, late orders, and order accuracy.
Drive Organizational Change: Push teams to exceed customer expectations by finding opportunities to improve speed and efficiency without compromising quality.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Route Mark-In Completion: 100% of items marked in, by 5:15 PM daily.
Perfect Order Score: Achieve 99.9997% accuracy in order processing and delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
Ability to catch and resolve errors before they become problems.
Strong investigative skills to find missing items and root out recurring issues.
Comfortable using inventory systems, conveyors, RFID tagging, and business reporting tools.
Understand and follow standard operating procedures while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Ability to work with multiple teams and escalate issues effectively.
Ready to grow into a team lead role as the business expands.
Physical Requirements:
Can carry and lift clothing orders and laundry bags up to 50 pounds.
Be able to be on their feet for long periods at a time.

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, typically starting between 7:00am and 9:00am and concluding between 5:00pm and 7:00pm. Weekend shifts are possible. Some shifts are less than 8AM-5PM.
