At CLX Gaming, every custom-built PC starts with precision and planning. We're looking for a highly organized Order Validation Specialist to join our team in Wichita, KS, where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring every system is configured correctly and ready to roll into production.

This role is perfect for someone who loves the details, knows their way around PC hardware, and thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:

Carefully review incoming PC orders for accuracy and compatibility

Confirm all parts are available before an order hits the production floor

Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to avoid part shortages or delays

Communicate with sales and support teams to resolve order issues or discrepancies

Ensure every build enters production on time and with the right parts

Help improve workflows to make order validation even more efficient

Maintain clear, accurate records of order status and part tracking

What We’re Looking For:

Strong knowledge of PC hardware, components, and compatibility

Incredible attention to detail—you catch things others miss

Ability to work closely with multiple departments in a team-focused environment

Clear communicator who can follow up and follow through

Experience with MRP or order management systems is a plus

Self-motivated and organized with solid time management skills

Problem-solver with a passion for accuracy and quality
