POSITION SUMMARY:
The Accounts Receivable Administrator is a critical member of our real estate brokerage accounting team, responsible for managing the transactional accounting for the full revenue lifecycle process—from deal/contract closure to client payment. This role encompasses a comprehensive range of tasks, including processing commissionable agreements, invoicing, payment application, and maintaining accurate records across multiple platforms. By ensuring seamless integration between deal management systems, accounting platforms, and payment application processes, the AR Administrator plays a vital role in the financial health and operational efficiency of the business.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in accounting principles, and has experience working with CRM and ERP platforms in a fast-paced environment. Superior communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are essential.
