    CRM Data Associate @ OrderMyGear OrderMyGear is seeking a CRM Data Associate to assist in maintaining the data in our CRM systems focusing on data integrity and CRM management. The ideal candidate for this entry-level position will be process-oriented and possess a high attention to detail.

    The CRM Data Associates primary duty will be to assist in collecting and managing data on the Market, Prospects and current Clients. This position will oversee data in Salesforce, OMGs CRM platform, and challenge the data that is collected by third party contractors to ensure the collection of information is timely and that all data is accurate for forecasting and strategic initiatives.

    Day in the life of an LDR

    • Enter quality data into Salesforce
    • Perform data validation by emailing and calling contacts
    • Manual deduplication of excel lists of leads
    • Clean our current Salesforce database
    • Educate and qualify prospects, developing sales-ready leads and opportunities
    • Handle detailed questions about OrderMyGears product and service capabilities
    • Engage in effective communication while building relationships with potential OrderMyGear users including C-level executives, outside sales reps, and accounting teams
    • Actively work to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual quotas
    • Assist the marketing team in various initiatives and projects

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelors degree. If no degree, 1+ years of data entry experience
    • Able and willing to work from our headquarters in downtown Dallas, Texas
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • SaaS experience a plus
    • Salesforce or other CRM system knowledge a plus
    • Experience with Outreach.io or similar Sales Engagement tool a plus
    • Knowledge of the Team Sporting Goods or Promotional Products industries a plus
