Contract Engagement for a seasoned Organizational Change Management (OCM) practitioner to support a large public sector client implementing new Technology platform.   Activities such as OCM communication, OCM Training and OCM Readiness will form the basis of work during this assignment.   Client seeks experience in a framework for managing the effect of new business processes, new technology or changes in organizational culture within an enterprise. Requires an excellent people person and communicator who has a proven track record of success facilitating change and enabling the adoption of new technologies.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The OCM and Training lead must have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a lead position related to Organizational Change Management activities related to the implementation of new IT applications and technology projects.
• Must have the ability to monitor areas of risk and resistance, bring people together to embrace and adopt change and elevate project outcomes and successes.
• The candidate should also have experience with design and development of Training Plans and Materials and be able to assist stakeholders with virtual as well as in-person trainings and assist the client in delivering end user training.
• Prosci ADKAR Certification Highly Desirable
• PMP, BRMP or other PMI Certifications is desired but not required.
