Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Organizational Development & Employee Engagement • Lead leadership development and succession planning initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline. • Foster a culture of learning and development, implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and career growth. • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies, leveraging feedback and performance data to enhance workplace satisfaction. • Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and employee growth. Talent Acquisition & Recruiting • Partner with leadership to understand workforce planning needs and future talent demands. • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill metrics. HR Strategy & Compliance • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, proactively addressing HR-related risks. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years of progressively responsible HR experience with emphasis in organizational development. • Demonstrated experience in HR strategy development and execution. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. • HR certification is a plus.
