Job Description
A rapidly growing real estate development company with prime locations in the Greater Los Angeles area is looking for someone driven, committed, and dedicated to working closely with the company’s CEO.
This role will report to and focus on providing administrative support and assisting the CEO in the day-to-day operations.
As the Executive Assistant Administrative Assistant, you will be wearing many hats and serving as the main contact for executive administrative work, schedule management documentation, phone, mail, and email while collaborating with the leadership team and external partners.
The perfect candidate should have a “can-do” attitude and is a competent multi-tasker possessing a drive to handle all projects with tact and precision.
candidates must be flexible with their schedule and be comfortable driving to several sites during the day. Must live in the greater Los Angeles area and have reliable transportation.
