P osition Description: Express Service Technician
This is a Full time position, Monday- Saturday the pay for the position is $15 hourly. We offer a 90day fast track program to move up as an apprentice to one of our master technicians and to become a fully certified Chrysler technician. We have a $1,500 tool reimbursement program for our apprentices to help jump start your career.
Position Summary: Express Service Technician is responsible for performing express lube or related services for customers in a professional and efficient fashion.Changing oil, Lifting vehicle with a vehicle lift or floor jack, preforming tire rotations, changing cabin and engine air filter, communicating with customers and advisors the needs of vehicles. This position also includes keeping your area clean including taking out the trash, sweeping, mopping the floors, cleaning tools, using degreaser and other cleaners.

Educational: High school diploma or the equivalent.
Experience: None.
Special Skills (i.e., licenses, certifications, etc.): Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication skills. Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Lube Technician will be required to move throughout the company facility throughout the shift, and may spend time outdoors in the weather and elements. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend/twist/stoop, kneel/squat, lift over 50 lbs., and reach overhead.
