Specific Responsibilities:

greet guests, seat guests and manage the waitlist

communicate seating policy with guests

help FOH run food

strike, buss and reset tables

polish glassware

follow company steps of service

navigate challenging situations with guests

fulfill and pack TO-GO orders

keep TO-GO station stocked

strong knowledge of menu offerings

maintain a positive, friendly attitude with co-workers & guests

execute tasks as assigned by supervisor

follow proper sanitation guidelines

supports team members

Hosts and Hostesses must value teamwork and hospitality, maintain positive attitudes in high stress situations, and work well with others.
