Job DescriptionThe Data Stewardship team drives the implementation of effective data strategies and solutions across R&D, Commercial and Corporate domains to deliver essential, high-quality, auditable data assets in support of Otsuka’s strategic priorities. This is a great opportunity for an intern to get real-world experience with data projects, given the importance of data and data driven processes across industries.Under direct supervision, the intern will Support Data Stewardship functions with focus on data operations and the enablement of data/information governance solutions (Data Catalog). The intern will work on key deliverables for Stewardship Operational Toolkit (Data Catalog) enablement & expansion workstreams. Specifically, the intern will :Assist with project & program management administration activities Help to plan and coordinate stakeholder meetings/sessions, assist with the creation of meeting materials, and collect resulting meeting minutes, inputs, and feedbackCollaborate on the development of communications & change management artifacts and work productsAssists with the collection, organization, and consolidation of technical and functional documentation as well as reference materials associated with data sources Assist with the discovery, assessment, and classification of data assets across business functions and data ecosystems including operational and analytical data platforms  Assist with data/information governance process mapping and documentationQualifications/ RequiredApplicants must meet the following criteria:Knowledge/ Experience and Skills:Experience using Microsoft Office, such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written. Ability to organize and manage multiple projects while executing on key deliverables within required timeframes.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Familiarity with collaboration tools, such as SharePoint and MS Teams.
