Outbound Account Executive

We’re now building the financial infrastructure for restaurants—starting at the point of sale and ending with every dollar that leaves the business.
POS → Payment Processing → Payroll → Banking → Card Issuing
Key Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of prospects, building strong relationships with restaurant owners and operators through phone, and email outreach.
- Conduct live product demos, showcasing how Lavu’s POS technology can solve operational challenges and drive efficiency.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Onboarding, and Product) to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation.
- Stay informed on local market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving needs within the restaurant industry.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline updates in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Represent Lavu at industry events, local meetups, and on-site restaurant visits to build visibility and trust in the community.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a high-performing B2B Account Executive or Sales Representative, ideally in SaaS, POS, payments, or restaurant tech.
- Familiarity with the restaurant industry and a genuine interest in helping business owners grow.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- High level of initiative, resilience, and motivation to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.
- Willingness to go the extra mile and get in front of the customer to provide value
