This role focuses on booking appointments from a list of warm-market leads—no cold calling required! You will be provided with a proven script and the support needed to schedule high-quality appointments with prospective clients. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to warm leads, following a structured script to book appointments. • Engage potential clients professionally and confidently, ensuring a positive interaction. • Follow up with leads as necessary to confirm appointments and maximize scheduling efficiency. • Utilize RingCentral technology for seamless calling and tracking of lead interactions. • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups within our CRM. • Meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment-setting goals. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition for scheduled appointments. Qualifications: What We’re Looking ForExperience: Minimum 1-2 years in a call center, customer service, or outbound sales role. • Communication: Strong verbal skills with a clear, friendly, and professional tone. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using RingCentral and CRM tools to track leads and appointments. • Goal-oriented: Self-motivated, driven to hit call and booking targets. • Time Management: Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting. • Resilience & Adaptability: Quick-thinking and able to handle objections professionally. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in appointment setting or sales is a plus. • Familiarity with financial services or business development industries. • Ability to refine scripts and improve lead conversion rates. Compensation: $20 - $25 Hourly DOE + Performance Incentives
