As our Outbound Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) hiring, training, replacing, and developing the cold calling team. You will produce revenue by achieving assigned targets through the development and execution of strong team development, growth, and sales strategies. Salary Range: $12 - $15 hourly (Starting) + Bonuses / Commissions + Paid Holidays / Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Hire a team of cold-callers by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding top candidates. • Train, develop, and build a strong cold-calling team by conducting daily, weekly, and monthly training sessions. Devise a comprehensive Cold Callers Training & Development Plan. • Set and assign daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (including Dial Goals, Lead Goals, Appointment Goals, Conversation Goals, Talk Time Goals etc.) at both individual and team levels. Oversee the performance of individuals and the team. • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance evaluations. Recognize top performers and address consistent underperformance. • Ensure the team meets monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue/sales, leads, appointments, and contract targets. Devise strategies to improve or sustain performance. • Engage in lead generation efforts via phone calls, texts, and emails to identify qualified leads and add them to the sales pipeline. • Proactively recognize call quality issues and propose effective solutions. • Analyze lead generation and appointment-setting processes. Develop, review, and improve cold calling templates and scripts. • Engage in constructive discussions with team members about quality issues and improvements. Hold team members accountable on a daily and weekly basis. • Self-start, lead, and introduce continuous improvement projects to enhance overall call quality standards and efficiency. • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the CEO on performance, targets, projects, discipline, identified issues, proposed resolutions, actions taken, and the current status of any unresolved issues. • Ensure the CRM system is organized and contains up-to-date information on all leads. Qualifications: • Proven track record in managing, developing, and growing a cold-calling team while consistently producing the required results. • Excellent organizational and team management skills. • Reliable with a consistent performance history. • Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities. • Detail-oriented and perceptive. • At least 2 years of experience in team management. • Prior experience in relevant real estate roles and industry knowledge is a plus. Compensation: $12 - $15+ hourly plus bonuses
