Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and rehash past customers to generate new business opportunities.
Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage sales pipeline effectively.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and present tailored HVAC solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing outreach and conversion rates.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches to potential clients over the phone.
Follow up on leads and maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales efforts.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software.
