    As an Outbound Sales Representative at Wireless Zone, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and supporting the sales team with daily operational tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new business opportunities and drive sales growth. Additionally, you will assist the Small Business sales team with various tasks to ensure smooth customer relationships and enhance the overall customer experience.

    Job Requirements:

    Outbound Sales Efforts:

    Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.

    Set appointments for the store and small business sales team.

    Identify customer needs and promote Verizon products and services effectively.

    Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

    Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

    Sales Support:

    Assist the small business sales team with daily tasks and phone calls.

    Provide support in processing sales transactions and handling customer inquiries.

    Help with administrative tasks including updating customer records and generating sales reports.

    Customer Service:

    Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner on the sales floor as needed.

    Provide knowledgeable guidance on Verizon products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.

    Product Knowledge:

    Stay updated on the latest Verizon products, services, and promotions.

    Continuously improve product knowledge to effectively address customer needs and enhance sales efforts.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

    Knowledge of cellular and/or computer technology is preferred.

    Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.

    Strong communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    High energy and self-motivated

    Eagerness to Learn

    Proficiency in using sales and customer management software.

    Positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
