Job Summary:
The primary role of the Outdoor Power Equipment Specialist is to process all work orders for customer repairs, as well as servicing/repairing their equipment. The range of equipment includes Stihl power equipment, primarily 2-cycle handheld units. Gravely Zero Turn Mowers along with a fleet of rental equipment. Applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability and knowledge required for this position, including having a minimum of three years of related professional experience. The candidate shall also possess good customer communication skills. Stihl certification is preferred but will train as necessary.
Responsibilities:
Must have knowledge of 2-cycle small engines.
Basic computer skills to access information online.
Provide high-quality repair services on all work orders.
Ensure the safe use of equipment & tools.
Responsible for completing all warranty paperwork in a timely manner.
Responsible for communicating special order parts for all work orders.
Responsible for completing service work in a timely manner.
Provide a safe environment by keeping work areas clean & organized.
Possess strong communication skills as customer interaction may be frequent.
May be required to cross-train and perform other duties.
Ability to participate in the equipment sales process is highly desired.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
