Outdoor Voices is looking for an Influencer & Ambassador Coordinator to join our team in the Austin HQ office. The ideal candidate will have experience and interest in influencer marketing, social media, and community building. This position reports to our Digital Community Manager. 

Responsibilities: 

• Support with sourcing and outreaching new talent, influencers, and ambassadors 
• Onboard, and manage relationships with OV ambassadors and own/establish engagement touchpoints to creatively drive engagement 
• Support day-to-day influencer/ambassador program coordination across the country including gifting, relationship management and monitoring coverage 
• Partner with social, creative and PR teams to support and identify influencer content for media repurposing, takeovers, giveaways, etc. 
• Collaborate internally to identify fresh and creative ways for the OV community to participate with our brand and bring our mission to lifePlacing, sourcing, and packing materials for product launches and ongoing brand campaigns, including logistics to ensure timely delivery 
• Help build weekly/monthly campaign-specific KPI reports to help analyze and measure campaigns, identify what's working and not working and key implications for future campaigns Own vetting process for inbound and gifting opportunities

Qualifications: 

• 1+ years of experience in influencer relations, marketing, events, and/or talent management 
• Detail oriented and exceptionally organized 
• Social media proficiency across all platforms 
• Excellent communication skills and a strong relationship builder
