    Ellie Mental Health is coming to Foxborough and Mansfield and we’d love to have you join our team! We are opening a state-of-the-art brand new office that is owned and operated by a local clinical social worker (LICSW). We believe in providing a safe, comfortable and supportive environment for our therapists and offering top quality, accessible and destigmatizing mental healthcare for our clients.

    Ellie Mental Health in Foxborough/Mansfield is looking for therapists who are seeking a different employment experience to ignite their creativity while minimizing the barriers that come with traditional therapy practices.     Responsibilities Include:

    Asses mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy

    Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community

    Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals

    Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol

    Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed

    Actively participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development to help build practice awareness in the community

    Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

    Opportunity to supervise other clinicians (for fully licensed therapists)

    For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of 28 client visits per week

    Required Qualifications and Skills:

    A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university

    Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, etc.) or be on the path to licensure - pre-licensed candidates are welcome!

    Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes

    Effective written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

    Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

    Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base

    Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)

    Proficiency in other languages is a plus!
