    Ellie Mental Health- Richmond is a growing outpatient mental health clinic located in Richmond, Texas.

    We're looking for FT, PT fully licensed therapists!

    We Offer:

    Hourly base pay plus commission on claims

    Paid time off (FT only)

    Paid Admin Time - all clinicians automatically get a set # of hours per week of paid admin time

    Paid Continuing Education time - all clinicians receive a subscription to the Ellie online learning management system for unlimited free CEU credits

    Responsibilities Include:

    Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy

    Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week

    Part-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 15 client visits per week

    Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community

    Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals

    Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol

    Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed

    Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

    Complete all requirements to maintain full licensure.

    Required Qualifications and Skills:

    Candidates should be fully licensed and be able to work independently in the state of Texas (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.)

    Required experience with children, adolescents and teens

    Required experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes

    Effective written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

    Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

    Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base

    Proficient in the use of typical office technology such as computers, email etc. and systems such as Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)

    Comfort with collecting the patient's payment information and go over billing if required.

    Pass a background check

    Ability to think outside the box and venture out of your comfort zone

    Comfort with community outreach and administrative tasks as assigned

    Comfort with the taking of occasional videos for social media purposes

    Preferred Qualifications and Skills

    Preferred experience with individuals, couples, children and families

    Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
