Responsibilities: • Evaluate and assess the mental health needs of clients through intake sessions • Tailor mental health services to individuals of various age groups, including children, teenagers, and adults, using evidence-based methods • Document client information accurately to adhere to policies and regulations • Engage in monthly staff meetings and participate in case consultations for effective collaboration • Maintain a caseload of at least 25 sessions weekly, with flexibility offered for evening work preferences • Collaborate with internal practice staff and external professionals to enhance client care outcomes • Foster clear and effective communication with both clients and colleagues • Ensure timely submission of required paperwork Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills are a must for this position • Candidates are required to hold a master's degree in the mental health/social work field • Previous experience in outpatient therapy is highly preferred • Familiarity with evidence-based practices is essential • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends is a key requirement • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively is crucial • Proficiency in utilizing technology effectively is mandatory Compensation: $70,000 at plan DOE
