Responsibilities: • Conduct intake sessions to evaluate and determine clients' mental health needs accurately. • Customize mental health services based on evidence-based techniques for individuals across different age groups such as children, teenagers, and adults. • Maintain precise documentation of client information to comply with policies and regulations effectively. • Engage in regular monthly staff meetings and actively participate in case consultations to ensure efficient teamwork. • Manage a weekly caseload of a minimum of 25 sessions, offering flexibility for evening work preferences. • Collaborate with internal practice staff and external professionals to improve client care outcomes. • Establish clear and efficient communication channels with both clients and colleagues. • Ensure prompt submission of all required paperwork.
