We are a distinguished boutique PT clinic specializing in high quality manual therapy services, conveniently located in Gramercy Park. Our practice has been dedicated in improving the lives of our community for over 12 years, thanks to our passionate and respected team. We are looking for a talented and motivated PTA to join our collaborative and thriving practice on a part-time or full-time basis starting at 16-36 hours/ week with the potential to increase to 40 hours/week as the candidate's patient base expands.

Qualifications:

1+ year experience with strong manual therapy skills in an outpatient orthopedic setting

NYS Physical Therapy Assistant Licensure required

Assist the Physical Therapist in treating patients once the plan of care has been established

Help patients use necessary equipment and devices and teach them how to exercise properly to supplement their treatment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Responsible for documentation of all patient encounters in EMR system

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Experience or certification in clinical Pilates highly desirable
