Responsibilities: • Provide outpatient psychotherapy sessions in office • Complete initial Psychosocial Assessments, formulate Treatment Plans, and determine diagnosis • Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions to work toward established goals to alleviate distressing symptoms • Coordinate care with prescribers • Provide timely documentation to support medical necessity • Full-time or Part-time positions are available with a minimum of 20 appointments per week • 12-month contract is required for the continuity of care for patients Qualifications: • Must have a license to practice in the State of Texas, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW • Dedicated to providing quality mental healthcare • Prior inpatient or outpatient experience required • Able to honor a 12-month minimum commitment for continuity of care for patients • Must be culturally aware and able to work with and treat a diverse patient population • Professional demeanor • Experience offering marital/couples and/or family therapy a plus but not required • Must live a commutable distance to Kingwood, TX - PLEASE DETERMINE BEFORE APPLYING Compensation: $61,000 - $100,000 yearly
