    Pinnacle Peak Recovery, LLC is a Scottsdale-based Detox, Residential, and PHP/IOP extended care treatment facility treating adult men and women recovering from the effects of substance dependence. At PPR, our goal is to assist our clients in regaining the life they were intended to have, prior to drug/alcohol addiction. We work together as a multi-disciplinary team, to treat each client individually with the highest level of clinical and medical interventions available.     POSITION SUMMARY: The Receptionist will work primarily at the direction of Administrative Managerial Staff. This role requires a high level of tact and integrity due to extensive contact with all levels of employees and regular exposure to confidential information. This job will require receptionist duties in addition to data input on clients and acting to support of agency flow of day to day operations. Attention to detail, customer service skills and knowledge of 12 Step recovery and addictions treatment is required.

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient with the following Microsoft Office applications and skills:

    Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. One must possess the ability to operate equipment such as a copier, fax machine, printer and calculator. Proficient typing skills, knowledge of math formulas using Excel, and keeping accurate statistical data are required. Reasoning ability for efficient use of computer applications and determining what information is required for decision makers is essential to this role.

    DUTIES INCLUDE:

    · Schedule and set-up for meetings and groups

    · Prepare agendas and presentation materials

    · Answer phones and take messages pleasantly and accurately

    · Assist with mailing and mail distribution

    · Assists in the handling of client requests and inquiries by screening calls/ letters and gathering necessary documents for processing

    · Opens, sorts and prioritizes mail for appropriate follow-up

    · Maintain supplies, requisitions supplies and vendors orders against requisitions

    · Maintain office equipment, report issues to Director of Operations

    · File and maintain records

    · Weekly client census tracking for outpatient services

    · Completing stock inventory for the office supply closet, staff kitchen and client kitchen

    · All other duties as assigned

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    · Must be able to speak and write in fluent English, bi-lingual skills are a plus.

    · Must be professional and have excellent customer service skills and familiarity with the demands and challenges of the chemically dependent population.

    · Must have proven experience in a fast paced office environment and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.

    · Must be able to sort, file, copy and organize client documentation and insurance information/billing.

    · This job requires lifting as much as 30 lbs, ability to sit for long periods of time and ability to assist clients with infirmities such as walking, writing impairments or limited comprehension.

    · This job requires possession of a valid driver’s license.
