Part-Time Outreach Attorney (Great position for new parents!) Part-time. Our busy immigration law firm is looking for an efficient, organized attorney to reach out to past clients to assess their current needs for immigration representation and to connect them to professionals who can help them in other areas of their lives. Your work will support our marketing efforts by reminding clients of the top-notch legal work and devotion to client support. You can work remotely for the most part, but you will meet in Cambridge, MA, at least once per month. This is a perfect position for a parent who wants to keep their foot in the door while their children are young! Responsibilities: • Work 10-15 hours per week, remotely except for one day per month in Cambridge, MA • Use experience and knowledge in immigration law practice to help clients determine how our team can help them achieve their next goals in their US immigration journey • Work efficiently to review clients' files so that outreach is targeted to clients' relevant past work with us • Maintain extremely organized documentation of to-do outreach as well as completed outreach efforts • Quickly connect with clients, building a repertoire and trust within minutes of starting a call • Provide necessary follow-up to answer the client's questions and provide appropriate referrals • Schedule clients for meetings with the Intake Attorney Qualifications: • Candidates must have passed the bar exam • Experience in immigration law • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to connect clients to solutions • Desire to improve clients' lives • Strong belief in the immeasurable value of immigrants in our local and national communities • Desire to RESIST the current administration's unlawful and immoral attacks on immigrants in the US Compensation: $40 - $50 hourly
