Responsibilities: • **Lead Workshops & Webinars: **Plan and present 4-8 engaging workshops (throughout Volusia County) and webinars per month that educate attendees on estate planning while actively encouraging attendees to schedule a consultation with our attorneys and become qualified leads. Some evenings (roughly 4 evenings a month) are required. • Qualify & Convert Leads: Through intake calls and follow-ups with event attendees, assess potential clients and convert them into qualified leads ready to book a Legal Life Planning Session (LLPS) with our attorneys. • Pre and Post Follow-Up & Engagement: Maintain strong communication with event attendees pre and post-workshops, ensuring they attend the workshops and webinars, address any questions or concerns they may have, and gather data on attendees who are not the right leads to our Marketing Director. • Client Communication : Answer inbound calls and emails, providing information, scheduling consultations, and qualifying leads for LLPS. • Assist with Marketing : Support marketing initiatives like social media, email campaigns, and content creation to drive attendance to events and generate leads. • Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, maintain client records, and facilitate seamless communication between the marketing and client relations teams to ensure smooth coordination for events and Legal Life Planning Sessions (LLPS). Qualifications: Experience : • 1+ year of experience in client relations or event coordination, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. • Experience with public speaking or presenting to groups (workshops, webinars, or similar settings). Strong Communication Skills : • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients. • Comfortable presenting complex information in an easy-to-understand, approachable manner. Client Interaction Experience : • Proven experience in managing client communications, handling inbound inquiries, and nurturing relationships. • Comfortable with qualifying leads and converting them into consultations. Sales Skills & Abilities: • Strong sales acumen with a focus on lead qualification and converting event attendees into scheduled consultations. • Ability to use consultative sales techniques to understand client needs, address concerns, and recommend services that align with their goals. • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales or lead conversion targets. • Skilled at identifying and overcoming objections, helping potential clients see the value in booking a Legal Life Planning Session (LLPS). Event Coordination : • Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute events (workshops, webinars, etc.). • Ability to manage RSVPs, follow-ups, and ensure event attendance. Tech-Savvy : • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Google Sheets (Excel) to track leads, client data, and follow-up actions. • Familiarity with Canva, email marketing platforms (Zoho Campaigns), social media, and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meets, etc.). Organizational Skills : • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage schedules, event logistics, and client records. Self-Motivated & Goal-Driven: • Proactive and independent with the ability to meet and exceed performance goals related to lead conversion and event attendance. • Results-driven with a focus on client acquisition and business growth. Empathy & Problem-Solving: • Ability to listen actively, understand client needs, and offer solutions that fit their goals and circumstances. Reliable Transportation: • You have reliable transportation to attend events throughout Volusia County (NSB, Ormond Beach, Port Orange, DeLand, etc). Preferred Qualifications: Background in Estate Planning or Legal Services : • Familiarity with estate planning, legal life planning, or elder law is a plus but not required. Bachelor’s Degree : • A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but not required if you have relevant experience.
