Position Overview:
As an Outreach Marketing Representative, you will be the face of our brand. Your role is to engage with homeowners in local communities and through digital platforms, educate them about solar energy and home improvement solutions, and set appointments for our expert consultants. You will generate leads through a combination of direct outreach—door-to-door, community events—and inbound digital leads provided by the company from Meta/Facebook and other digital sources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with homeowners through direct outreach in assigned territories and virtual channels
• Follow up with inbound leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns (Meta/Facebook)
• Educate potential customers on solar energy, energy efficiency programs, and home improvement benefits
• Set qualified appointments for our sales consultants
• Represent the brand professionally at all times, both in-person and online
• Track leads, appointments, and outreach activity using our CRM
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve campaign goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
